  • There is no photo upload link available on the product page. How do I get my photos to you?
    After you submit your order, you will receive an email with instructions and a link to the Photo Upload Form. If you don't see this email, please check your spam / junk mailbox. If the email is not there, please use this form: https://forms.wix.com/f/7031296475170603956
  • Do you create portraits of other animals besides cats and dogs?
    I'm willing to give any animal a shot, as long as the same photo submission guidelines are followed.
  • Can I select a specific background for my Pawsome Pic?
    Each Pawsome Pic is a unique free-form creation by the artist. Not every fur type will look good with a pre-selected background or filter. If there are specific colors/themes/styles you love (or hate) please include this information in the Special Requests area of the Photo Upload form.
  • What are your photo submission guidelines?
    HIgh quality, high resolution photos taken at eye-level with your pet work best. Please make sure all body parts are within the frame, and are not hidden behind any objects. If we are unable to work with the photo you send, we will reach out to you to request an alternate photo.
  • Can you add my pet's name or objects to my Pawsome Pic?
    Yes. Please be sure to include any specific requests in the Special Request area of the Photo Submission form. If for some reason we cannot make the magic happen, we will notify you.
  • How long will it take to receive my Pawsome Pic?
    Normal processing time for each portrait is up to 72 hours. If the queue is extraordinarily long, you will be notified if delivery of your portrait will be delayed.
  • How will I receive my Pawsome Pic?
    Your Pawsome Pic will be emailed to you at the email address you provided when you placed your order.
  • Do you offer refunds ?
    Each portrait is custom made just for you, so we do not offer refunds. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you have an issue with your final artwork, let us know and we will work with you to fix it.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of your order confirmation.
  • Do you have a customer support phone number?
    No, all customer support is handled via email.
